This is a space where people share things they may never have said out loud before. Every post, every comment, every reply should come from a place of warmth and respect. If someone shares something vulnerable, treat it as the gift it is.

Many of us are natural fixers, the strong one, the one everyone comes to. But this space is about being alongside each other, not solving each other. If someone shares what they are carrying, sometimes the most powerful response is simply "I hear you" or "me too."

This is not a space to promote your business, your services, your page, or your products. Not in posts, not in comments, not in private messages. If you are here, be here as a person, not a brand. Anyone found marketing to members will be removed.

We ask that you don't bring politics, religion, or divisive topics into this space. This is a place where people come to feel safe, and those conversations can quickly make a space feel less so.

What people share here stays here. Do not screenshot, share, or repeat anyone's words outside this community without their explicit permission.
