Ritmo360 was born on the frontlines of leadership, not in theory, but in high-pressure environments where performance couldn’t be faked. From eight years in the Royal Navy Submarine Service to boardroom transformations in FTSE-level companies, Russell Taylor has led teams when the margin for error was zero.
