Two worlds, one shared spine.
We are Russell and Lisa. Together we created Ritmo360, and together we work across both worlds it holds — the work with leaders, teams, and organisations, and the work with individuals navigating the transitions that change a life. The same belief runs through both: that the conditions and the conversations that bring people back to themselves can be created, and that is the work.

The leadership work
Russell has spent 42 years in and around leadership, from nuclear submarines to boardrooms. He leads with attention, reading people closely to sense what a person or a room is feeling before it is said. He prepares exhaustively, then sets all of it aside to be fully present in the room, in service of the person in front of him.
The personal side
Lisa holds the personal side of the work, Here Together, and the space where people are met without judgement. Here Together is as much her creation as it is Russell's.
